How to cancel Comcast Xfinity

There is no online route. You have to ring them, and they will not make it quick. You will be handed to someone whose job is to keep you. Expect an offer, then a better offer, before anyone cancels anything.

1. 1Go to xfinity.com/cancel and sign in to your account.
2. 2Choose to cancel, pause, or move your services.
3. 3Start the cancellation request, or call 1-800-934-6489 to cancel.
4. 4You can also visit an Xfinity Store to cancel in person.

Xfinity services are billed by Comcast and cancelled by request online, by phone, or in store. If any add on was purchased through an iOS app it is Apple billed and must be cancelled in iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.
