- Call T-Mobile at 1-800-937-8997, or dial 611 from a T-Mobile phone
- Ask to cancel your service or a specific line
- Verify the account holder details when prompted
- Save any voicemail greetings and messages first, since they are deleted
- Note charges run through the end of the current billing cycle
