How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud

1. 1Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans
2. 2Select Manage plan for the subscription you want to cancel
3. 3Select Cancel your plan
4. 4Choose a reason for cancelling
5. 5Review and confirm the cancellation

If the subscription was purchased through a third party such as Apple (in-app), Google, or Microsoft, Adobe cannot cancel it — it must be cancelled via that provider (e.g. Apple StoreKit manage subscriptions). Cancelling after 14 days on an annual paid-monthly plan may incur a 50% early termination fee.
