How to cancel Apple One
- Open Settings then tap your name then Subscriptions, or use the App Store subscriptions page
- Tap the Apple One subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Apple bills this one
Apple One is billed by Apple rather than by Apple One directly. That means cancelling inside the app does nothing at all. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel it there. The same applies on a Mac under System Settings.
Worth knowing
Apple One is an Apple subscription billed via your Apple Account, cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Cancelling ends all bundled services at the end of the billing period; if a cancel button is missing it is already cancelled.
