- Sign in to Canva and open Account settings
- Go to the Billing & Teams tab and find Payments
- Select Manage automatic payments
- Cancel the active Canva billing agreement
- Confirm cancellation (paid access continues until the period ends)
Cheaper than cancelling
If you would rather keep Canva Pro than lose it, there is a cheaper way to have the same thing.

Worth knowing
If you subscribed to Canva Pro/Teams through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the subscription is billed by that platform and must be cancelled there (via Apple Settings / StoreKit or Google Play), not on canva.com.
