- Open Settings
- Go to Billing
- Choose Manage subscription
- Follow the prompts to cancel

If the subscription was purchased inside the Claude iOS app, it is Apple-billed and must be cancelled via Apple Settings / StoreKit manage subscriptions instead. The support domain was rebranded from support.anthropic.com to support.claude.com.
