- Sign in at dropbox.com
- Click your avatar in the bottom left corner
- Click Manage account
- Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page
- Confirm and follow the prompts

Web-billed Plus/Professional/Essentials plans are cancelled from the account page reached via the steps above. If the subscription was purchased inside the Dropbox iOS app, it is Apple-billed and must be cancelled via Settings > your name > Subscriptions (StoreKit) instead; see https://help.dropbox.com/plans/cancel-mobile.
