- Go to one.google.com and sign in
- Open Settings
- Tap Cancel membership
- Confirm by tapping Cancel membership

Worth knowing
If the Google One membership was purchased inside the iOS app, it may be billed through Apple and must be canceled via Apple Settings / StoreKit manage subscriptions instead. On web/Android, cancel at one.google.com/settings.
