- Go to youtube.com/paid_memberships
- Select the YouTube Music Premium membership
- Tap or click Deactivate, then Continue to cancel
- Choose a reason and tap Next
- Confirm with Yes, cancel

Billed directly by Google. If you subscribed to YouTube Music Premium inside the iOS app, it is Apple-billed via StoreKit and must be cancelled through Apple Settings > Purchases and memberships instead.
