Tap Cancel Subscription
Choose No thanks, Finish Cancellation
Submit and exit

If the membership was purchased inside the Crunchyroll iOS app it is Apple-billed via StoreKit and must be cancelled in iOS Settings; memberships linked to partners (Amazon, PlayStation, Roku, YouTube) must be cancelled through that partner. Web cancellation applies only to memberships bought directly on crunchyroll.com.
