How to cancel David Lloyd (NL)

This one wants an email, and the clock starts when it lands rather than when you send it. A click is not enough. They want it in writing, and a letter that arrives late counts as the following month. There is a committed term. Leaving inside it usually means paying the rest of it anyway.

2. 2Select your club from the list
3. 3Fill in your personal details: first name, last name and email address
4. 4Enter your membership number and the reason for cancellation, plus any linked members
5. 5Submit the form; cancellation takes effect after the notice period (running month plus one month) and any minimum term
6. 6Keep the confirmation and continue paying until the notice period and minimum term have ended

Cancelling on the day the charge lands is already too late here. Work backwards from your renewal date.

Cancellation is done by submitting the official online opzegformulier on davidlloyd.nl (no self-service subscription toggle in the account). URL verified via curl (HTTP 200) and WebFetch. Notice period per the membership terms is the running calendar month plus one full month, and you must serve out the minimum initial contract term (minimale looptijd) before ending. Members can also log in to the Members Area to raise general questions. Billing is direct (SEPA/bank), not Apple; only if a member ever purchased via an App Store in-app purchase would it instead be Apple-billed and cancelled through Apple.
