- Open Notion on a desktop computer
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Billing
- Click Change plan
- Confirm the cancellation

Where to change it

Worth knowing
Notion has no public web action URL for cancellation; it is done inside the app under Settings > Billing. If the subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, it is Apple-billed and must be managed via Apple Settings / StoreKit manage subscriptions instead.
