Go to f1tv.formula1.com and sign in with your F1 account.
Select your profile icon in the top right and choose Account.
Open the Billing or Subscription section.
Select cancel and follow the prompts to confirm.

Worth knowing

Cancel through your F1 account when F1 bills you directly. If you subscribed through the iOS app, F1 TV is Apple billed and must be cancelled in iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.
